We collect the information you give us — your name, email, and any brand assets or details you share to complete design requests — along with basic billing information needed to run your subscription.

We use your data to deliver design work, process payments, respond to requests, and send service-related updates. We do not sell your personal data, ever.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — that is handled directly and securely by Stripe under their own privacy terms.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Dozain (such as Stripe for billing and our project-board and email tools), and only to the extent required to deliver the service.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Just email us and we'll take care of it promptly.
