Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Overview

Dozain ("we", "us") provides a subscription-based premium graphic design service. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Dozain delivers design work on a queue basis: you add requests to your board and we deliver them one or two at a time, depending on your plan. Delivery timelines (e.g. ~48 hours) are good-faith averages, not guarantees, and may vary with request complexity.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until paused or cancelled. You can pause or cancel at any time from your billing portal; billing runs in 31-day cycles and unused paused days carry over.

4. Refunds

If Dozain isn't the right fit, you may request 75% of your first month back within the first seven (7) days — no questions asked. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable after that period.

5. Revisions & scope

Revisions are unlimited within the spirit of your active request. Some work is out of scope — including video & motion, 3D, software development, and heavy print production. We'll always tell you upfront if a request falls outside what we can deliver.

6. Intellectual property

Once your subscription payment for the relevant period is settled, all final deliverables are 100% yours. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dozain is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month the claim arose.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by email. Questions? Reach us at hello@dozain.com.
